Thank you in advance for your artwork donation to THHE Auction 2024, Hospitality House's annual art auction fundraiser. Your donation will help support our six community programs including our Community Arts Program. Please complete the ARTIST DONATION application form by Wednesday, April 10, 2024 to participate in this year's THHE Auction taking place from May 31st through June 5th at www.thheauction.org with an in-person live event on June 5th.

Please note: Due to logistical challenges, we ask that your artwork be no larger than 36 inches and ready for presentation. If you are shipping your artwork, please be sure it is 24 inches or under.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept artwork that requires framing (if applicable).

Hospitality House is extremely grateful for your participation and artwork donation. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - By submitting, you will be asked to agree to the following:

1) Due to tax laws, Hospitality House is required to issue a 1099-MISC form to any artist earning above $600 in commissions from the sale(s) of their artwork submitted for participation in THHE Auction. This will require us to ask for your Social Security Number in the future before we can issue any commission check.

2) Images of your artwork along with quotes from your artwork description submitted in this application can be used for promotional purposes during THHE Auction fundraisers.

3) Submission of this Artist Donation Form does not guarantee participation in THHE Auction or any future exhibition events hosted by Hospitality House. Participation will be determined by Hospitality House's THHE Auction planning committee.

4) Should the artwork described in this application be lost or damaged during the transition from artist to buyer, Hospitality House [legal name: Central City Hospitality House] will not be held liable.

5) The artwork described on this form will be the same artwork sold.

6) Artist agrees to ship or deliver their work to Hospitality House (or specified gallery location) by the first week of May.
